Using the Customer Guide 

This Guide is designed to give you step by step guidance for certain processes. Hopefully this will allow you to reach a resolution without having to wait for a response to an email or call. Here is the landing page you would have seen as you came into the help area.

Once you have reached the lauch page, you can use the first three areas to look for articles related to your specific needs or inquiry.

We have provided articles related to the most used processes and most repeated questions. These articles are grouped under six different topic headings.

You may click directly on any topic to get specialized article.

My Accounts

In this area you will find articles related to the administration of your ipage account, along with other ipage help topics. 

Products & Services 

In this area you will find articles related to Ingram Stock and Stock Status.

Ordering 

In this area you will find articles related to creating and placing orders, finding your orders, checking the status of orders, and information on Backorders and how to cancel them. 

Discrepancies

In this area you will find articles that show how Ingram defines discrepancies, and how to report them and check on claims status. 

Support Docs

In this area you will find articles that show you how to find and request or download various important documents related to your orders. 

Returns 

In this area you will find articles related to both Hassle Free and Overstock returns. This will include checking on a return status, overstock return requirements and guidelines, and how to create printable returns documents.

If you are unsure where to find an article related to your inquiry, instead of searching through all the topics, you can place a keyword into the search engine. 

For instance, typing in the work overstock, should give you a list of articles related to overstock returns.
